1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using any Fortivibe service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Fortivibe provides security audit services for applications built with AI-assisted tools ("Services"). Our audits are advisory in nature and represent the findings of our audit infrastructure at the time of the audit.

3. Scope and Limitations

Our audit covers the items described on our What We Check page. An audit does not guarantee that your application is free from all security vulnerabilities, performance issues, or user experience issues. It reflects a thorough review based on static analysis of the materials and access you provide.

We are not responsible for vulnerabilities introduced after the audit is delivered, for issues outside the agreed scope, or for any third-party dependencies beyond our review.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all audit reports within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines begin once we have received all required access and materials from you. Delays caused by incomplete submissions are not our responsibility.

5. Payment

All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed on our pricing page. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet begun.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all code, credentials, and materials you provide as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your information to third parties, except as required by law.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Only submit materials you have the right to share
• Use our findings responsibly and not to facilitate harm

8. Intellectual Property

The audit report we deliver is licensed to you for internal use. You may not resell or redistribute our reports without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of our audit reports.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortivibe's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
